Morning Natural Gas Market Report

January natural gas prices grinded higher earlier this morning, as they recovered from yesterday's downdraft. Some traders suggested that the fundamental backdrop for the natural gas market remained negative, with near record storage levels and lack of cold winter temperatures to trigger a boost in heat-related demand. This morning's EIA storage report is expected to show a draw of around 10 bcf, which is quite different compared to last year's weekly decline of 79 bcf.
