S&P 500 futures have fallen 0.2%, while Dow Jones Industrial Average futures have dropped 0.3%. Nasdaq Composite futures have declined 0.2%.
Walt Disney (DIS) has advanced 0.5% to $102 after getting upgraded to Outperform from Market Perform at Wells Fargo.
United States Steel (X) has gained 2.3% to $27.60 after getting raised to Buy from Neutral at BofA Merrill Lynch.
Regal Entertainment Group (RGC) has climbed 3.3% to $16.00 after getting upgraded to Buy from Neutral at MKM Partners.
Alexion Pharmaceuticals (ALXN) has risen 0.8% to $145.18 after getting raised to Overweight from Neutral at JPMorgan.
United Technologies (UTX) has dropped 1.8% to $115.77 after agreeing to buyRockwell Collins (COL) for $23 billion, or $140 a share. Rockwell Collins has gained 1% to $132.
O'Reilly Automotive (ORLY) has gained 1.5% to $200 after announcing an additional $1 billion in stock buybacks.
Patterson-UTI Energy (PTEN) has climbed 3.2% to $16.45 after getting upgraded to Overweight from Neutral at JPMorgan and announcing the acquisition of privately heldMulti-Shot.
