The copper market posted moderate gains this morning, as some traders feel that prices are holding up relatively well considering the lack of positive opinion towards the global economy. Copper may have found some support from US economic data released on Tuesday, but some traders feel that any strength from that news could end quickly. US economic news may be relatively quiet for copper until Thursday morning, which some traders feel could mean that action in the equity markets may turn into a key market moving force. LME Copper Stocks were 464,625 tons, down 650 tons.
