Morning Copper Market Report

The copper market has been widely seen as losing upward momentum from the prior trading session, with the July copper contract now falling back toward last week's lows. With Indian and Shanghai copper prices sliding lower along with the copper market receiving signs of increased Chinese copper production during March from year ago levels, some traders feel is possible that strong inflation readings from China may be seen as a negative as they would rekindle concerns of more Chinese tightening action ahead. LME Copper Stocks were 468,350 tons, up 25 tons on the day.
