In trading on Monday, biotechnology shares were relative leaders, up on the day by about 2.9%. Leading the group were shares of Spark Therapeutics, up about 120.1% and shares of CRISPR Therapeutics up about 24.3% on the day.
Also showing relative strength are home furnishings & improvement shares, up on the day by about 2.1% as a group, led by Pier 1 Imports, trading higher by about 7.6% and Wayfair, trading higher by about 6.6% on Monday.
