Halliburton Company, meanwhile, is down 15.54% year-to-date, and Diamondback Energy, Inc. is up 10.20% year-to-date. Combined, HAL and FANG make up approximately 3.1% of the underlying holdings of XLE.
The next best performing sector is the Healthcare sector, up 0.8%. Among large Healthcare stocks, Incyte Corporation (Symbol: INCY) and ABIOMED, Inc. (Symbol: ABMD) are the most notable, showing a gain of 5.5% and 2.8%, respectively. One ETF closely tracking Healthcare stocks is the Health Care Select Sector SPDR ETF (XLV), which is up 0.4% in midday trading, and up 6.33% on a year-to-date basis. Incyte Corporation, meanwhile, is up 28.92% year-to-date, and ABIOMED, Inc., is down 20.62% year-to-date. Combined, INCY and ABMD make up approximately 0.7% of the underlying holdings of XLV.
