In afternoon trading on Monday, Materials stocks are the worst performing sector, showing a 0.6% loss. Within the sector, Ecolab Inc (Symbol: ECL) and Dow Inc (Symbol: DOW) are two of the day's laggards, showing a loss of 4.1% and 3.5%, respectively.
