The firm also set a $50 price target on MET, which represents an expected 19% upside to the stock's Friday closing price of $42.10.
Credit Suisse noted the company's solid ALICO prospects and attractive valuation for the positive outlook.
MetLife shares were mostly flat in premarket trading Monday.
