Magna International to acquire Veoneer in $3.8 bln deal

Automotive supplier Magna International Inc said on Thursday it entered a deal to buy automotive technology firm Veoneer Inc in a deal valued at about $3.8 billion.

July 22 (Reuters) - Automotive supplier Magna International Inc MG.TO said on Thursday it entered a deal to buy automotive technology firm Veoneer Inc VNE.N in a deal valued at about $3.8 billion.
