Level Brands prices $12 million Reg A+ IPO at $6, as expected

Level Brands, which is launching consumer lifestyle brands inspired by Kathy Ireland, raised $12 million in a Regulation A+ IPO by offering 2.0 million shares at $6, the expected price. At the IPO price, it commands a market value of $47 million; the Reg A+ deal is below our market cap cutoff and will therefore be excluded from our IPO stats. Level Brands plans to begin trading on the NYSE American on Friday under the symbol LEVB. Joseph Gunnar acted as a lead manager on the deal.
