Latin American Minerals Inc. (LAT.V) has received approval from the TSX Venture Exchange for a second six-month extension for the 4,983,000 outstanding share purchase warrants issued pursuant to the company's private placement at a price of $0.15 per unit completed on September 10, 2010, and the 4,700,000 outstanding share purchase warrants issued pursuant to the company's private placement at a price of $0.15 per unit completed on October 5, 2009.
The September warrants were due to expire on March 10, 2013 and the October warrants were due to expire on April 5, 2013. Following this new extension, the extended expiry date for the September warrants is September 10, 2013 and the extended expiry date for the October warrants is October 5, 2013.
LAT shares rose a penny to $0.11.
