Is KFC Really Making Chicken-Flavored Nail Polish? Yes.

InvestorPlace InvestorPlace - Stock Market News, Stock Advice & Trading Tips

KFC, which is owned by Yum! Brands, Inc. ( YUM ), has released chicken-flavored nail polish in Hong King.

The new nail polish released by KFC is applied and dried like normal nail polish. After this, wearers can lick it to taste the company's signature chicken flavors, which include "Original" and "Hot and Spicy."

KFC said that it wants the nail polish to help remind the younger generation about its chicken. There are currently no plans to bring the weird nail polish to the United States, reports USA Today .

China Real Time did a taste test of the KFC nail polish and found that it's really just the company's sauce in a bottle . It's made with food ingredients and even has an expiration date, which is five days after it's been bottled.
