Heard it through the grapevine: Natural gas E&P Vine Resources files for a $500 million IPO

Vine Resources, a natural gas E&P operating in the Haynesville Basin, filed on Monday with the SEC to raise up to $500 million in an initial public offering.

The Plano, TX-based company was formed in 2014 and booked $104 million in sales for the 12 months ended December 31, 2016. It plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol VRI. Credit Suisse and Morgan Stanley are the joint bookrunners on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
