(+) ArQule (ARQL), which was surging by more than 45% as preliminary data from a phase 1 study for ARQ 531, an inhibitor of wild type and C481S-mutant Bruton's tyrosine kinase (BTK) in patients with relapsed or refractory hematologic malignancies show "compelling clinical activity at a well-tolerated dose in patients who have already exhausted available therapies."
(-) Navidea Biopharmaceuticals (NAVB), was slumping more than 28% after it priced an underwritten public offering of 8 million shares at $0.75 per share.
(-) Seres Therapeutics (MCRB) was retreating more than 24% after it priced an underwritten public offering of 26,666,667 shares at $2.25 each. The offering is expected to close on or about June 18.
