(-) vTv Therapeutics ( VTVT ), which was surging more than 26% after the company exercised its option to compel MacAndrews & Forbes Group to purchase shares and significant insider trading was reported.
(+) Adamis Pharmaceuticals ( ADMP ) was up more than 7% after it submitted a new drug application for its sublingual tadalafil tablet to the US Food and Drug Administration.
(-) Microbot Medical ( MBOT ) was down more than 5% as it said it is offering up to 6,024,096 units for sale, with each unit consisting of one share of common stock and one common warrant to purchase one share of common stock.
