Pre-bell Wednesday saw advancing health care stocks.

Moving stocks include:

(+) GenMark Diagnostics ( GNMK ), which was up more than 4% after it received FDA 510(k) market clearance from the FDA for its ePlex "blood culture identification fungal pathogen" (BCID-FP) panel.

(+) Teva Pharmaceuticals ( TEVA ) was higher by more than 4% after an Neos Therapeutics ( NEOS ) unveiled a "confidential" settlement and licensing agreement with the company.

(-) Capricor Therapeutics ( CAPR ) was slumping by more than 8% after it said in a regulatory filing that it has put its HOPE-2 clinical trial on a voluntary dosing hold pending an ongoing safety review. The company said a patient experienced a severe allergic reaction after being infused with a blinded investigational product for treating advanced stages of Duchenne muscular dystrophy.
