Health-care shares were mainly unchanged in pre-market trade on Tuesday.
In health-care stocks news, Cleveland BioLabs ( CBLI ) said Tuesday that through a series of transactions and in cooperation with Russian venture fund Rusnano, it has recapitalized Panacela Labs, an anti-tumor joint venture currently being tested on patients with prostate cancer.
Shares in the company were unchanged at $3.84 pre-bell. The company has traded between $1.84 and $7.60 over the past 52 weeks.
And Prima BioMed ( PBMD ), an immuno-oncology developer, Tuesday reported the initiation of the first trial site in a phase IIb clinical study of its compound IMP321 for the treatment of metastatic breast cancer. The first patient is expected to be dosed in early 2016.
Shares in the company were 5.5% higher at $1.15 pre-bell. Over the past 52 weeks, the stock has traded between $0.42 and $6.48.
