Health-care shares were mainly unchanged in pre-market trade on Monday.

In health-care stocks news, BIND Therapeutics ( BIND ) shares fell 11.3% to $3.14 in recent pre-market trade after saying it won't advance a trial of its targeted and programmable therapeutics Accurins in a phase 2 arm with patients with KRAS mutant non-small cell lung cancer.

This represents a new 52 week low. The company previously traded within a 52-week range between $3.44 and $10.04.

Kitov Pharmaceuticals' ( KTOV ) shares surged 20.5% to $3.70 pre-bell, extending gains from last week, ahead of a presentation on Tuesday of the company's lead drug candidate to treat high blood pressure and osteoarthritis pain.

Shares in the company have traded between $2.35 and $3.95 over the past 52 weeks.

And Immune Pharmaceuticals ( IMNP ) announced new positive data with a novel bi-specific antibody in a poster presentation at IBC's Antibody Engineering & Therapeutics Conference in San Diego.

Shares in the company were flat at $0.66 pre-bell. The company has traded between $0.61 and $2.51 over the past 52 weeks.
