Harvest Capital Credit Board Authorizes Share Buyback

Harvest Capital Credit ( HCAP ) said Tuesday that its board has authorized a stock repurchase program.

Under the program, the company is authorized to repurchase up to $3 million in the aggregate of its outstanding common stock in the open market.

The repurchase program will expire on the earlier of June 30, 2018 and the repurchase of $3 million of outstanding shares of common stock.

The company's previous stock repurchase program expired on December 31, 2016.

Harvest Capital Credit shares were last up about 2% in afternoon trading.
