Gold-Ore Resources Clawing Back After Exploration Work Near Bjorkdal Mine Disappoints

Gold-Ore Resources (GOZ.TO) shares are climbing back from a 10% decline early today after the miner said initial drill tests on lands surrounding the Bjorkdal Gold Mine in Sweden found no significant gold values and only slightly elevated base metal values.

No further work is planned on the first target located 6 kilometers southeast of the mine. Additional holes are now being drilled at a second target 2 kilometers east of the mine although the first hole drilled at this location intersected only moderate graphite and pyrrhotite with no significant economic mineralization.
