(GCR.V) announced the members of its newly formed advisory board: Robert Wares, Founder, former President, and former Vice-President Exploration and Resource Development of Osisko Mining; Marc Blais, COO of Sunset Cove Mining; and Ronald Shorr, former Chief Executive Officer of Maudore Minerals Ltd.
Gespeg said the advisory board will act independently from the Board of Directors and management, in order to provide counsel on the development of the company's projects and business strategy.
