Friday's ETF with Unusual Volume: IUSG

The iShares Core S&P U.S. Growth ETF (IUSG) is seeing unusually high volume in afternoon trading Friday, with over 3.8 million shares traded versus three month average volume of about 544,000. Shares of IUSG were down about 0.2% on the day.

Components of that ETF with the highest volume on Friday were Advanced Micro Devices (AMD), trading off about 3% with over 58.9 million shares changing hands so far this session, and Chesapeake Energy (CHK), down about 4.4% on volume of over 36.7 million shares. Louisiana-Pacific (LPX) is the component faring the best Friday, up by about 3.4% on the day, while Ensco Rowan (ESV) is lagging other components of the iShares Core S&P U.S. Growth ETF, trading lower by about 8.3%.
