In trading on Friday, the SPDR S&P Oil & Gas Exploration & Production ETF is outperforming other ETFs, up about 3.8% on the day. Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Anadarko Petroleum, up about 33.4% and shares of Parsley Energy, up about 12.9% on the day.
And underperforming other ETFs today is the iShares U.S. Healthcare Providers ETF, off about 2.2% in Friday afternoon trading. Among components of that ETF with the weakest showing on Friday were shares of Molina Healthcare, lower by about 7.3%, and shares of Bioscrip, lower by about 6% on the day.
