In trading on Friday, non-precious metals & non-metallic mining shares were relative leaders, up on the day by about 6.5%. Leading the group were shares of AK Steel Holding ( AKS ), up about 14.7% and shares of Northern Dynasty Minerals ( NAK ) up about 12.1% on the day.
Also showing relative strength are transportation services shares, up on the day by about 6.1% as a group, led by Herc Holdings ( HRI ), trading higher by about 11.2% and Bristow Group ( BRS ), trading up by about 9.4% on Friday.
