Forent Energy Ltd. (FEN.V) reported that, since April 20, 2010, W. Brett Wilson has acquired, directly or indirectly, shares exceeding 2% of the outstanding common shares of Forent. This 2% reporting threshold was reached on March 13 and March 14, 2013 with the acquisition of 717,000 common shares of Forent, purchased at an average price of $0.0683 per share through the facilities of the TSX Venture Exchange.
Following the acquisition, Wilson owns directly or indirectly and exercises control over 23,441,920 common shares of Forent, representing approximately 14.2% of the company's issued and outstanding common shares.
FEN shares advanced 2.5 cents to $0.115 on volume of 1.09 million.
