(+) MoneyGram International (MGI), which was surging more than 145% after the company and Ripple announced a strategic partnership for Ripple to become MoneyGram's key partner for cross-border payment and foreign exchange settlement using digital assets.
(-) Hexindai (HX) was down more than 6% as it said fiscal Q4 adjusted earnings were $0.07 per share, down from adjusted EPS of $0.34 in the same period last year.
(+) Nomura Holdings (NMR) was up nearly 4% after saying Board Chairman Nobuyuki Koga will no longer lead both the nomination and compensation committees and will be replaced by Hiroshi Kimura, an independent director.
