(+) BlackRock (BLK) was rallying by more than 1% as it booked Q1 adjusted earnings of $6.61 per share, down from $6.70 in the same period a year ago and exceeding the estimate of $6.13 from analysts polled by Capital IQ.
(-) Bank of America (BAC) was over 1% lower as it reported first-quarter earnings of $0.70 per share, up from $0.62 in the same period a year ago and ahead of consensus compiled by Capital IQ for $0.66.
(-) Comerica (CMA) was slightly down as it booked first-quarter earnings of $2.08, up from $1.54 per share in the same period a year ago and topping the estimate of $1.93 from analysts polled by Capital IQ.
