"There are so many different challenges that Filipino restaurateurs and entrepreneurs are still trying to figure out. The learning curve for us creating this concept – The Lumpia Company – was because we didn’t have anything to compare it to directly in terms of Filipino food. Filipino food has been celebrated and adored in different niche areas just by us, Filipino people, for many years.
