Exall Energy Rebounds 17% After Saying Alberta Operations Not Threatened by Fire

Exall Energy Corp (EE.TO) is up nearly 17%, more than recouping two days of losses, after saying last night that its Marten Mountain operations are not being threatened by the wild fires in the Slave Lake region of northern Alberta.

According to the company, all of the fires burning right now to be well east of Exall's Marten Mountain operations.

More help to battle the fires is arriving from outside the province, according to CBC reports. Eighty five firefighters from Ontario landed in Edmonton late yesterday and 200 more firefighters are expected to arrive later today from British Columbia.
