Enerplus Announces Succession of President & CEO

Enerplus Corporation (ERF.TO, ERF) announced that Gordon J. Kerr will be retiring as President & Chief Executive Officer effective June 30, 2013. Ian C. Dundas, currently Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer, will succeed Kerr as President & Chief Executive Officer. Kerr will also be retiring as a Director of Enerplus on June 30, 2013, and Dundas will assume a director role at that time.

Enerplus is a North American energy producer with a top tier asset base of low-decline oil and natural gas assets complemented by growth assets in resource plays with superior economics.
