Energy giants were flat to higher in pre-market trading Tuesday. West Texas Intermediate crude oil for April delivery was up $0.26 to $59.35 per barrel at the New York Mercantile Exchange. The global benchmark Brent crude May contract gained $0.42 to $67.96 per barrel and April natural gas futures were 3 cents higher at $2.88 per 1 million BTU. Among energy-related ETFs, the United States Oil Fund was up 0.61%, while the United States Natural Gas fund was 0.60% higher.

Early movers include:

(-) Cactus ( WHD ), which was down more than 4% after saying an underwritten secondary offering of 8.5 million shares of its Class A common stock has been initiated by certain selling stockholders.

(+) TechnipFMC ( FTI ) was over 2% higher after Fluor ( FLR ) said it has completed construction on Sasol's petrochemical complex in Westlake, La., as part of a joint venture with TechnipFMC.
