Energy Sector Update for 01/26/2017: USO, UNG

Energy shares were mixed in pre-market trade on Thursday as crude oil futures rebounded.

Light, sweet crude oil for March delivery was up 1.0% at $53.31 per barrel having closed 0.8% lower on Wednesday. In other energy futures, heating oil was 0.6% higher at $0.92 per gallon while natural gas was 3.8%

higher at $1.61 British thermal units.

In energy ETFs, the United States Oil Fund ( USO ) was up 1.0% at $11.42 while the United States Natural Gas ETF ( UNG ) was 3.0% higher at $8.64.
