Electra Gold Shares Spark Interest, But No Price Change

Electra Gold Limited (ELT.V) shares, which have been steadily trending downwards since it hit a high of 8.5 cents on Dec 20 last year, is currently trading at 1.5 cents, with no price change.

Electra Gold specializes in the development of and exploration for industrial minerals used in the cement industry. According to Reuters, the company is mining and developing the Apple Bay mineral properties located on Vancouver Island near Port Hardy, British Columbia. Sixty one percent of the Electra Gold's entire mineral production, during the year ended December 31, 2009, was sold to one customer. Electra Gold is also in the process of exploring other industrial mineral properties and is considered to be an exploration company.
