In early trading on Tuesday, shares of Home Depot ( HD ) topped the list of the day's best performing Dow Jones Industrial Average components, trading up 1.8%. Year to date, Home Depot registers a 14.4% gain.
And the worst performing Dow component thus far on the day is United Technologies ( UTX ), trading down 2.6%. United Technologies is showing a gain of 4.8% looking at the year to date performance.
Two other components making moves today are Goldman Sachs Group ( GS ), trading down 2.5%, and Walt Disney ( DIS ), trading up 0.9% on the day.
