In early trading on Tuesday, shares of Boeing ( BA ) topped the list of the day's best performing Dow Jones Industrial Average components, trading up 2.5%. Year to date, Boeing registers a 86.4% gain.
And the worst performing Dow component thus far on the day is 3M ( MMM ), trading down 1.0%. 3M is showing a gain of 32.6% looking at the year to date performance.
Two other components making moves today are Cisco Systems ( CSCO ), trading down 0.9%, and Verizon Communications ( VZ ), trading up 1.7% on the day.
