In early trading on Tuesday, shares of Boeing ( BA ) topped the list of the day's best performing Dow Jones Industrial Average components, trading up 2.3%. Year to date, Boeing registers a 14.5% gain.
And the worst performing Dow component thus far on the day is Caterpillar ( CAT ), trading down 0.5%. Caterpillar is lower by about 21.0% looking at the year to date performance.
Two other components making moves today are DuPont ( DD ), trading up 0.1%, and UnitedHealth Group ( UNH ), trading up 2.1% on the day.
