In early trading on Monday, shares of General Electric ( GE ) topped the list of the day's best performing Dow Jones Industrial Average components, trading up 0.7%. Year to date, General Electric has lost about 18.5% of its value.
And the worst performing Dow component thus far on the day is Boeing ( BA ), trading down 1.4%. Boeing is showing a gain of 15.2% looking at the year to date performance.
Two other components making moves today are Intel ( INTC ), trading down 1.4%, and Exxon Mobil ( XOM ), trading up 0.5% on the day.
