Looking at units outstanding versus one week prior within the universe of ETFs covered at ETF Channel, the biggest outflow was seen in the SPDR Dow Jones Industrial Average ETF ( DIA ), where 30,384,133 units were destroyed, or a 31.2% decrease week over week. Among the largest underlying components of DIA, in morning trading today 3M Company ( MMM ) is up about 0.2%, and International Business Machines ( IBM ) is lower by about 0.1%.
And on a percentage change basis, the ETF with the biggest outflow was the ProShares UltraShort Bloomberg Crude Oil ( SCO ), which lost 500,000 of its units, representing a 26.7% decline in outstanding units compared to the week prior.
