Pembina Pipeline ( PBA ) has declared a common share cash dividend for June 2014 of $0.145 per share to be paid, subject to applicable law, on July 15, 2014 to shareholders of record on June 25, 2014. For shareholders receiving their common share dividends in U.S. funds, the June 2014 cash dividend is expected to be approximately U.S.$0.1326 per share (before deduction of any applicable Canadian withholding tax) based on a currency exchange rate of 0.9144.
Leidos Holdings ( LDOS ) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.32 per outstanding share of common stock. The cash dividend is payable on July 30, 2014 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on July 15, 2014.
And, Solar Senior Capital ( SUNS ) declared a distribution of $0.1175 per share for the month of June 2014. The distribution will be payable in cash on July 1, 2014 to stockholders of record as of June 19, 2014.
