The Allstate Corporation ( ALL ) has approved a quarterly dividend of 50 cents on each outstanding share of the corporation's common stock, payable in cash on April 1, 2019, to stockholders of record at the close of business on Feb. 28, 2019. This represents an 8.7% increase from the dividend declared in the previous quarter.
Vulcan Materials Company ( VMC ) declared a quarterly cash dividend of thirty-one cents per share on its common stock. The dividend will be payable on March 8, 2019, to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 22, 2019. The new quarterly dividend represents an increase of three cents per share.
TE Connectivity ( TEL ) announced that the $0.44 per share quarterly dividend for the second quarter of fiscal year 2019 will be payable on March 8, 2019, to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 22, 2019.
Enable Midstream Partners ( ENBL ) declared today a quarterly cash distribution of $0.318 per unit on all outstanding common units for the quarter ended Dec. 31, 2018. The distribution is unchanged from the previous quarter. The quarterly cash distribution of $0.318 per unit on all outstanding common units will be paid Feb. 26, 2019, to unitholders of record at the close of business on Feb. 19, 2019.
Ryder System ( R ) declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.54 per share of common stock, to be paid on March 15, 2019, to shareholders of record on February 19, 2019.
