Cybersecurity software manager Tufin Software prices IPO at $14, the high end of the range
Tufin Software Technologies, which provides enterprise software for managing network security policies, raised $108 million by offering 7.7 million shares at $14, the high end of the range of $12 to $14. Tufin Software Technologies plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol TUFN. J.P. Morgan, Barclays and Jefferies acted as lead managers on the deal.
