Crude, Gold Futures Churning Near Little Changed

Commodities are near flat, finding some support from firmer early stock trading.

U.S. stock futures rose as Wall Street again showed cautious optimism that European leaders will take decisive action this week to resolve the sovereign-debt crisis.

January crude oil futures are holding near little changed at $101.24 a barrel in electronic action.

United States Oil Fund is lightly traded after ending little changed near $39 Tuesday.

February gold futures are down $5 or 0.3% at $1,726.60 an ounce.

The SPDR Gold Trust is down 0.3% at $167.68.
