Corvus Gold Climbs 5.5% After JV Partner Collects Promising Samples at Chisna Project

Corvus Gold Inc. (KOR.TO) is just off its best levels of the day but remains ahead 5.5% at 58 cents a share after saying grab and chip samples from the Golden Range target at its Chisna project in south-central Alaska produced results as high as 79.8 grams gold per ton of ore.

The samples were collected by its partner in the joint venture, Ocean Park Ventures Corp., which also said that 10 samples returned grades higher than 10 grams per ton with the 769 samples collected overall had an average grade of 1.19 grams gold per ton.
