The new cars gain more computer processing power thanks to new hardware, new electrical controls and Lidar sensors. And, Summer Infant ( SUMR ) said late Tuesday that former CEO and board member Carol Bramson, along with two other former executives Annamaria Dooley and Kenneth Price, have resolved all legal issues between them and have dropped their respective civil litigation that had been pending in U.S. District Court in Rhode Island. Terms of the settlements were not disclosed. The company sued the three in May 2015, accusing them of theft and missappropriation of trade secrets after saying it allegedly caught them writing about their plans to create a competing company also producing safety products for newborns and children up to 3 years in age. It previously settled litigation involving three other former employees or consultants.
