In consumer stocks news, Dover Saddlery ( DOVR ) shares rose to their highest level since 2007 in recent pre-market trade after the retailer of equestrian products said it has agreed to be taken private by Webster Capital for $8.50 a share, a 66% premium to Monday's closing price at $5.12.

Interval Leisure Group ( IILG ) a provider of travel exchange services, said Tuesday it has added the Secret Garden and Pavillon du Golf in the exclusive Palmeraie area of Marrakech, Morocco to its global vacation exchange network. Both resorts are located near the city of Marrakech, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
