Constantine Metals, Ocean Park Ventures Jump on Trapper Gold Drill Results
Constantine Metal Resources Ltd. (CEM.V) and Ocean Park Ventures Corp (OCP.V) are ahead sharply today after the partners said drilling at the Trapper gold project in northern British Columbia already has identified 17 areas with sulphide mineralizations of 1% or more with an average width of 28.2 metres.
Visible gold also was found in one drill hole. At last look, Constantine shares were ahead at 19.5 cents a share. Ocean Park was up 11 cents, or nearly 16%, at 81 cents a share, moving within range of its 52-week high of 90 cents.
Ocean Park Ventures Corp. (OCP.V) now is about halfway through its summer drill program at Trapper Gold and can eventually earn a 70% stake in the property from Constantine by spending $9.75 million and making other cash and stock payments to Constantine.
