Earnings: Loss per share excluding special items came in at 26 cents, came narrower than the Zacks Consensus Estimate of 38 cents loss per share.
Revenue: Revenues of $7,254 million failed to beat the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $7,281 million.
Key Stats: Total production during the fourth-quarter 2016 came at 1,596 thousand barrels of oil equivalent per day (MBOE/D), slightly down from 1,599 MBOE/D in the year ago quarter period. The total realized price of hydrocarbon was $32.93 per barrel of oil equivalent (BOE), against $28.54 per BOE in the October to December quarter of 2015, implying higher average realized prices across all commodities.
