Credit: Shutterstock photoConcordia International ( CXRX ), a specialty pharmaceutical company, said Thursday it named Itzhak Krinsky interim chairman of the board, effective immediately.
Krinsky is a non-executive director, who has been on Concordia's board of directors since May 2017.
Concordia also said that it received a letter from the NASDAQ Global Select Market informing the company that its common shares will be scheduled for delisting June 8. The company's common shares continue to be listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
