Cleanfield Alternative Energy Edges Up On Big Volumes
Cleanfield Alternative Energy Inc. (AIR.V) is up 1 cent at 7 cents, taking it further away from a year low of 4 cents with 1.7 million shares traded although there is no apparent fresh stock specific news.
August 19, it announced that, after receiving TSX Venture Exchange approval, it issued 250,000 common shares at $0.08 per share to satisfy certain debt owing to an arm's length creditor of its subsidiary, Cleanfield Energy Corp. All common shares issued are subject to a four-month Exchange hold period expiring December 16, 2011.
