Chinese power generation company SDIC says may list GDRs in London

Nov 19 (Reuters) - Chinese power generation company SDIC 600886.SS said it is considering proceeding with an offering of global depositary receipts (GDRs) on the London Stock Exchange.

The offering would include "A" shares of the company and the proceeds would be used to help expand SDIC's renewable energy business overseas and repaying offshore indebtedness, the company said.

($1 = 7.0229 Chinese yuan renminbi)
